An American judge issued a new matter preventing Donald Trump’s efforts to reduce consuming citizenship, in the first legal challenge of politics since the Supreme Court allowed her to move forward last month.

Joseph Lapante, the provincial judge in New Hampshire, stems from a collective lawsuit filed by legal groups on behalf of children affected by the American President’s order.

This comes after the Supreme Court prevented the lower courts last month from stopping Trump’s order to reduce the nationality of the country in the country in a separate case.

Lapante wrote in his ruling on Thursday that those who are afflicted in the case of class action “showed a possibility of success in the advantages of their claims” and “may suffer from an irreplaceable damage” without a judicial order, which will enter into force in seven days to give the government an opportunity to appeal. Lapante added that his decision was “in the public interest.”

Supreme Court last month The Trump administration request was granted To reduce the orders of the lower court of the individual parties that bring lawsuits, instead of having a country.

But a few hours after the Supreme Court order, many legal groups filed a lawsuit to take action that seeks to represent all children born in the United States, which led to Lapante’s decision.

“This ruling is a great victory and will help protect the nationality of all children born in the United States, as the constitution goes,” said Kodi Wafsi, deputy director of the ACLU immigrant rights project, who argued against the government. “We are fighting to ensure President Trump does not trample on citizenship rights for one child.”

The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The fourteenth amendment believes that “all the people born or manived in the United States, and are subject to its judicial authority, are citizens of the United States.” But Trump has argued that “citizenship does not extend globally to all of the newborn” in the country.

The executive order of the US citizen citizenship for children born in the country denies unauthorized migrants. American states, invitation groups and individuals have filed many lawsuits that challenge this measure as illegal. Before the Supreme Court’s decision, the minimum courts ordered a judicial order at the country’s level to prevent it from applying, with one of the brands of “unconstitutional unconstitutional”.
