Two sources told Fox News Digital on Tuesday morning that the House GOP leaders are still planning to bring the bill for the House Rules Committee meeting at 12 noon.
The House Rules Committee is the final entrance before most of the law gets chamber-wide votes.

Procedural opinions will be obtained on Wednesday morning and Wednesday evening or Thursday evening.
“I have always said that failure is not an option because you know that there were many times where the bill can fall down. And that didn’t happen, because we always focused on completing it,” Scalis said. “And it is important to focus all there.”
But the various changes in the Senate have been angry with both middle and conservative Republicans.

Asked if he was optimistic about the dawn timeline on Monday evening, Skilis said, “There is still a plan to bring the members back and get votes early on Wednesday morning.”
This Act is a bill of 940 pages for Trump’s agenda on tax, boundaries, protection, energy and national debt.
