Former NBA Guard Ben McLemmore sentenced 100 months to death for rape

Earlier Nba Guard Ben McClamor was sentenced to 100 months in jail on Wednesday after being found guilty of raping a 21 -year -old woman in Oregon in 2021.

A jury from Clackmas County Circuit Court McCammalm, 32, found guilty, first-term illegal sexual access and a number of second-post-post-graduate sexual abuse on the last week of first-term rape. He was not found guilty of additional second-term sexual abuse charges.

McCammore, who was not guilty of all four matters, did not address the court on Wednesday, when he was sentenced.

According to ESPN, the first assistant district of Claimas County, Artini Scott Haley, said, “Many people are afraid to report this kind of conduct for many reasons.”

“Hopefully the power and courage of the victim in this case will give others the courage to come forward in a state of sexual abuse. The defendant’s punishment should work as a reminder that this kind of conduct will not be tolerated in our society and the office of County DA will always work hard to justify the victims.”

On February 224, the Grand Juri of Claumas County heard evidence in the case, which included the woman’s witness after McLemore attacked her. US Marshall arrested McCammore two months later.

During the test, Haley told the jury that the woman went to the bed of the living room around 2am after he was drinking too much. The next morning, she got a partial consciousness again, when McCammalm entered her sexually and then had sex with her.

McClamore’s lawyer’s team disputed the claims and said she started sexual contact and agreed. Advocates claimed that the woman was quiet enough to consent to sexual contact.
