Berlanga targets a plant over Milli
Edgar Berlanga says he wants to fight Caleb Children, favoring him for a temporary mid -weight champion WLGA, Christian Mbilli, if he’s victorious on Saturday night against Hamzah Sheeraz.
Choose berlanga plants
Choosing the plant down and out, 32, over the unbeaten Mbilli would be the ultimate example of Berlanga’s cherry choice, showing what it means with his career. He had already taken a flap in the past by choosing not to fight former WBA’s former ‘regular’ middleweight champion David Morrell when he was compulsory for his title in 2024.
Caleb Plant Battles
Children (23-3, 14 kos) looked old and thrilling, losing a 12-round slit decision to his opponent tuned up Jose Armando Resendiz last May. That fighting and the one before for the Sweethands factory showed that it was only a shell of the fighter that it was 2021 when Canelo Alvarez beat him out.
This Saturday, July 12th, Berlanga (23-1, 18 kos) is battling Sheeraz in a 168-pound SLA 12-Rownd Title Eliminator at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Queens, New York. The event will be shown Live on Dazn PPV for $ 59.99.
“I will fight against Caleb children,” Berlanga told The circle When asked if he wants to fight Christian Mbilli, Jermall Charlo, or a plant.
Turki’s fighting decision
The question is, will Turki be interested in paying Berlanga for a battle against a plant? Honestly, I don’t know why it would be because it’s not one that fans could arise because of how a plant has lost two out of its last four contests. David Benavidez beat the living daylights out of Caleb in 2023. Plants showed that battle to his tuned opponent, Resendiz, on May 31st, who have nothing left, and was never that good at first.
“I want to finish the fight with a bang, fighting in November or December,” said Berlanga to call a magazine channel When asked about his plans after Hamzah Sheeraz.
Berlanga Canelo’s re -sent
Edgar’s main target is a re-sent with Canelo Alvarez for a second shot to pick up “that bag,” but that option will not be there, no matter how good it looks at defeating the unbeaten Sheeraz (21-0-1, 17 kos). Turki Alalshikh wants Sheeraz or Chris Eubank Jr. vs Conor Benn Repate winner for the Canelo conflict next February.
