Bass was praised by the first respondents as the “true hero” of Los Angeles.
La City Council Tim Mcoskar appreciated the workers for keeping a cold head.
He said, “This is a very technical, difficult project. And they knew exactly what to do. They knew how to secure themselves.” “Thank you for goodness for the good people who came down in the tunnel.”
